The vision for Alivio Medical Center is a multi-site medical center providing well-coordinated, integrated, comprehensive, culturally sensitive and quality services. Alivio is seen as a standard, a leader, and a model for community health centers nationwide. The community looks to Alivio as a hub, where they can network and find connections to others who share similar health challenges. Our goal is to provide a patient-centered medical home for all patients. Alivio has both primary and specialty physicians on staff. Alivio internal medicine physicians focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases, and our family practice physicians provide bilingual, comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families.
