Introduction to Mental Health

Participants are provided with introductory knowledge of mental health and how to identify common disorders. Topics include: -Understanding brain health and mental health -Risk factors of mental health -The difference between a disorder and distress -The functions affected by disorders -Stress and anxiety identified -Stigma and its consequences -What to do to get help for yourself or others
